On September 15th and 16th, the Islamic Center of Greater Toledo in Perrysburg, Ohio, will be holding their annual International Festival. People of all backgrounds and religions can take part in one of the nicest attractions in northwest Ohio.
Participants can try foods from different countries, buy items from afar parts of the world, and even attending cooking shows to find out how to make falafel, or biryani, or tandoori chicken, or hommus. It's a great environment to add a little culture to your repertoire and even make some new friends.
Children can ride ponies, jump around in jumpers, get their faces painted, and even ride a camel. Kids will enjoy the carnival like atmosphere and eat cotton candy and snow cones.

This year, St. Vincent hospital's Life Flight helicopters will be a featured attraction and festival-goers can take a look inside, talk to the pilots, paramedics, and nurses. If you stick around long enough, you may even get to watch the helicopter take off and land.
Free tours of the Islamic Center are offered to all attendees and you get to see the magnificent and historic structure from the inside as well as outside along with a knowledgeable tour guides that narrate the along the way.
